On September 2nd, I ended the 40 days…felt pretty good about my ability not to panic or worry about panicking. Of course I started bragging about myself. Was going to try the 1/2 day for a month vacation again in September. Well a couple of things got in the way. This time, I handled things better, but not as good as I expected. This coming week, I expect to walk out at noon on Tues, Wed, and Thurs as well as Friday and continue to do so till the end of the month. And I will take the extra two half days I had to work all day at the end of the month. For the most part of the time I relaxed more, didn’t argue, forgave myself easily for doing dumb things, didn’t stress very often till close to the end. I still have problems being a bit catty, but then, some things just take a bit longer. After all I am a women and we always have a little bit extra to do, and fear has nothing to do with that.

Robie Jean’s discussions, handouts and exercises, as well as her gentle, loving presence facilitated this workshop on fear. In her amazing way, as she always does, she moved us from a place of smallness or limitation to connecting with our greater Self which knows expansion and inclusion.
